Real Estate Balance

Real Estate Balance is a membership organisation with a difference. We don’t just want people to pay a subscription and sit back and do nothing or just network. Instead we want all our members, but particularly those who are senior enough to change how their organisations behave, to commit to working with us to improve the corporate culture of our industry to encourage better gender diversity.fdfdfdd

And that means getting involved in our activities, sharing information on their own diversity initiatives, acting upon the ideas, experiences and learning to bring about change in their own workplaces and measuring and monitoring how their own companies are doing. 

There are three levels of membership...

Real Estate Balance

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

£2,500 per annum GET INVOLVED
  • 5 nominated Senior advocate members *
  • Attendance of up to any 5 senior executives of the Corporate Member to Real Estate Balance events
  • Unlimited young professionals in their company can apply to be Professional advocate members.
  • Ability to apply for Committee seat when available
  • Access to Good Practice Tool Kit and a network of senior executives and companies to share best practice.
  • Members' Programme events tailored for Senior advocate members and senior executives of the Corporate Member to include programmes to equip managers with the tools to deliver change as well as develop themselves as leaders

  • Visibility of Corporate logo at some REB events

    * 15+ years’ work experience with influence within organization and/or with responsibilities for appraisal and promotion of more junior staff, managing 1 or more persons

Individual Senior Advocate Member

£150 per annum GET INVOLVED
  • Access to Good Practice Tool Kit and a network of senior executives and companies to share best practice.
  • Members' Programme events tailored for senior advocate members to include programmes to equip managers with the tools to deliver change as well as develop themselves as leaders
  • Senior cross industry networking opportunities
  • Ability to apply for Committee seat when available
  • Free or subsidized attendance to events/training
  • Access to other Real Estate Balance members via the website database
