Real Estate Balance and JLL are hosting a webinar conversation between our senior leaders and the next generation in real estate with interactive Q&A from the audience on 11 August 2020.

An interesting conversation is happening at the moment between senior leadership and the next generation in real estate. We want to share this with you so, on Tuesday 11 August, Real Estate Balance and JLL are hosting a webinar with three senior leaders and a diverse panel of the next generation from our corporate membership. 

During the webinar, the NextGen panel will put questions to our three senior industry leaders covering topics including barriers to entry, attitudes and behaviours in the workplace and line management. The session aims to challenge the status quo and provide NextGen insight and lived experience on topics that need to be addressed by senior leaders to create an inclusive and diverse future for the industry. The webinar will launch the Real Estate Balance NextGen Committee and will be an interactive session with the opportunity for Q&A from the audience.
