Real Estate Balance's NextGen Committee are pleased to invite you to an inclusivity and allyship virtual training session hosted by Herbert Smith Freehills. We would be grateful if you would share this invitation with those who may wish to attend, particularly your NextGen colleagues.
NextGen 2020 survey results revealed 81.5% of respondents had experienced or witnessed inappropriate attitudes in the workplace and only 3% of respondents said it was always dealt with or called out.
In this interactive session facilitator, podcaster and host Bilal Harry Khan will introduce the concept of allyship and how to embed it into everyday practice to create a more inclusive working environment as well as giving participants the practical tools needed to call out inappropriate behaviour.
