Real Estate Balance is managed by a Board of directors, Real Estate Balance Ltd, chaired by Liz Peace. Day to day operations are carried out by a small executive team led by our managing director, Sue Brown.
Our Board is the key decision-making body for the organisation and is accountable for ensuring that we perform our functions effectively and comply with our statutory obligations. It is also responsible for guiding our strategy, setting our campaigning priorities and overseeing our financial and operational performance.

I was a founder member of Real Estate Balance because I believe passionately that our industry needs to address its approach to diversity. Quite simply, for me this is a moral issue, allowing equal treatment and opportunity for all. But diversity is also good for business and it is our mission to drive that message, as well as the moral issue, hone and help businesses and individuals in real estate to change and grow.
