Estates Gazette: on the search for future female leaders

Estates Gazette open a competition to win a place on their Future Female Leaders programme.

Could your business benefit from training to empower an emerging talent to become a confident communicator and inspiring leader? If so, we would like to bring to the attention of Real Estate Balance members an exciting new programme just launched by Estates Gazette.

EG have teamed up with expert provider Ginger Public Speaking to deliver the Future Female Leaders programme. The programme is a four-month training course for 12 women from across the real estate sector to learn how to be an engaging and powerful speaker.

The programme will see these future female leaders work together to tell the story of the lifecycle of a building, and how each role in the built environment is vital to bring a property to life. It will culminate in the women delivering an engaging Ted Talk-style presentation at an EG event in front of a high-level real estate audience.

EG are offering the opportunity for one special future female leader to win a place on the programme through their competition. Please support your future female leaders and share widely within your organisation.
