Pathways to Property


In short, the purpose of Pathways to Property is to promote, support, and increase levels of inclusion across the property industry, by driving outreach and awareness amongst companies, employees and future talent. We focus on three pillars, firstly an annual summer school, which is now in its eighth year and has over 700 alumni. Secondly, talent outreach to engage with young people from Year 11/12 onwards and build a pipeline for change. Finally, industry outreach and thought leadership, widening and deepening awareness of our mission throughout the industry and facilitating the conversation amongst colleagues about why diversity and inclusion in business matters.
