Every two years, we carry out the most comprehensive study of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in UK real estate and its associated sectors and the exercise is now open!
We are asking everybody working in our industry - regardless of your role, your seniority, who you work for or anything else at all - to take ten minutes to make a difference by completing our short survey.
The questions will generate insights to help us paint a picture of who we are as an industry, determine how far we have come in progressing EDI in our workplaces and also where we should all focus and prioritise to accelerate change.
Just like the past four times we have carried out this research, your responses will be anonymous; we won't even publicise your comments without your consent.
The survey is your chance to share your views on the state of the industry when it comes to EDI and, most importantly, your own experiences of working in it.

The survey will be open all month until Monday 30th September and the results of the research will be published in late November.
As well as asking for your support as individuals, we are also asking the 129 organisations which make up our membership to share information with us on an anonymous basis.
Together with your responses, we aim to enhance the evidence base we have been building over nearly a decade and to unravel the complexities between some of the most pressing EDI issues in our workplaces.
