Role: Admin with responsibility for Real Estate Balance membership committees

Admin - with responsibility for REB committees
Hours per week – 25 (over 4/5 days)

  • Services all REB committees
  • Setting meeting dates and sending calendar invitations
  • Producing agenda & papers
  • Attending meeting, taking minutes, writing them up and circulating
  • Keeping committee member lists updated including PAs.
  • Keeping Strategic documents updated - Corporate plans, Terms of Ref, Overview slides etc.
  • Supporting and following up actions from Policy Campaigns Committee
    Responsibility for PCC initiatives:
  • CEO - point of contact with the PAs, organising round table and other CEO initiatives
  • Survey - responsibility, point of contact and liaison with the organisation who manage and collate the data.
  • To ensure that race and ethnicity is kept on the REB agenda.
  • Supporting the MD and other team members and generally participating in the work of REB.
  • Supporting the Network of Networks committee.
