The dedicated specialist property team in at SEC Newgate in London has an innate understanding of the real estate spectrum underpinned by senior leadership with in-depth industry knowledge and established media relationships. We represent a full spectrum of real estate clients and much of our work is centred on guiding clients around diversity and inclusion in the sector so we are well versed with the topics and feel we can add and engage well with other Real Estate Balance members.

As a team and wider business we also have a steadfast commitment to building a more inclusive culture, where people from all different backgrounds, identities, and circumstances can belong.

We provide specialist communications advice to clients across the property spectrum from supporting fundraisings, helping secure planning permission, building corporate reputation, issues management, and placemaking through to promoting apartments, office space and retail outlets. Our experience spans international and regional markets creating hard-hitting campaigns through global channels with insight informing everything we do, the ultimate objective to drive clear commercial difference.

From a regeneration perspective the real estate industry has a responsibility to create communities where everyone feels welcome and part of something. We have worked on many of the country’s most significant regeneration schemes with this in mind, driving interest and visitor footfall via events, content creation and media relations campaigns, whilst we also work closely with existing communities to deliver local engagement ambitions. We’re accustomed to working directly with regeneration partners, including developers, local authorities and housing associations, whilst engaging key local stakeholders and community organisations to ensure communications work effectively.

On the funds side we work with a broad range of investment and asset managers, including regulated funds, those with discretionary capital and investors with specific mandates, to develop communications strategies that help them achieve their ambitions, whether to attract investment, gain access to a broader range of deal opportunities or support the sales process of specific assets.
