Ground-breaking research conducted by Murray Edwards College to establish how men and women can work together to transform workplace culture barriers to women’s progress into leadership positions.
The key insight from the research is that committing to gender equality means men actively working to change workplace culture. Building understanding, respect and stronger relationships between male and female colleagues will improve working lives, outputs, access to sponsorship and women’s progress to the top of careers.
